Cooking Class

11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Thanksgiving themed menu.
Join Chef Dean Max for this exiting class and discover all his culinary secrets.
This step by step demonstration and tasting will take place in the heart of our 3030 Kitchen. Each Course will be paired with a flavor enhancing glass of wine. A copy of each recipe will be provided.
$75.00 per person

Please meet in the 3030 Bar area 15 minutes prior to class.
No discounts will be given for those not drinking alcohol, and no menu adjustments will be made for special diets, vegetarians, etc.
No 3030 discount promotions are available for the class.
Gift certificates for 3030 ocean are accepted.
Casual dress.
There will be minimal hands on experience due to accident possibilities and health code issues.
No children please. Must be 18 and older, only 21 and older able to drink.
